The braid features the wide “Sasanami-gumi” style, showcasing the classic sasanami pattern—an iconic kimono motif also known as the “Michinaga pattern,” historically favoured by Fujiwara no Michinaga during the Heian period (794–1185). This distinctive design brings a refined, cultural aesthetic to a modern accessory.
Thoughtful Construction
The attachment points use black leather and hand stitching to securely fasten the strap to your camera while subtly enhancing the intricate braid design.
